Take a shot at stardom! The American Paint Horse Association and valued Corporate Partner Purina Horse Feed are proud to announce the “A Difference You Can See” video contest, running from September 1–30.
It’s no secret that the APHA and Purina Horse Feeds are committed to providing superior health care to Paint Horses. Top-quality nutrition is the first ingredient in creating a bond between horses and humans. With this exciting video contest, APHA and AjPHA members have an unparalleled opportunity to win $1,000 in Purina products and special recognition from APHA.
Using a smartphone, video camera or camcorder, contestants can show off their originality, creativity and unique perspective on equine nutrition while demonstrating their extraordinary bond with their American Paint Horse.
Video Requirements
· Video must be no longer than 3 minutes.
· Contestant must be a current APHA member, and the video must feature a registered American Paint Horse.
· Be creative. Explain what makes your Paint Horse unique and how the Purina contest prizes will help make a difference you can see in your Paint Horse.
The contest winner will be well equipped to improve their horse’s life—the prizes include: 25 bags of Purina Horse Feed, Purina feed and water buckets, two Purina feed scoops, a Purina weight tape, body condition scoring chart, Purina feed schedule board, feed weight scale, feed bin, Purina hay bag and a phone consultation with a Purina Ph.D. nutritionist.
Additionally, the winner will receive the “star treatment” from APHA, including being profiled in a column in the Paint Horse Journal plus a free one-year Paint Horse Journal subscription.
