Pink Patron Success!
Fast Back Ropes donates over $5,000 to Susan G Komen for the Cure

For every sale of the “bubble gum pink” rope, the Pink Patron, Fast Back Ropes donates one dollar to the Susan G Komen for the Cure to benefit breast cancer research. This amplified the excitement of introducing this new rope on February 1st.  The success of the Pink Patron has already enabled Fast Back to donate in excess of $5,000 to Susan G Komen for the Cure in the first quarter of 2008.

“It’s always gratifying when a new rope takes off because so much time and effort goes into the development,” says Al Benson, Fast Back Ropes General Manager, “Being able to share the success of the Pink Patron with such a great cause just makes it that much better.”

The Pink Patron is a poly blend four-strand that is smooth and forgiving. The poly fiber adds weight to enhance “tip feel” and reduce bounce, making this rope popular with ropers of all levels.

“I like the true and consistent feel of the Pink Patron. I can take it out of the box and know exactly how it will feel,” says Colter Todd, WNFR qualifier, “It’s so consistent that I can reach or run close without ever changing lays.”

The Pink Patron is available at Fast Back dealers. To locate the dealer nearest you, call toll free 800-479-1851 or visit fastbackropes.com.
